• Information you provide to us, e.g. name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message
• Details of a booked appointment
• Your email address if you subscribe to the newsletter
• Technical data when you visit the website, e.g. IP address, date and time, page accessed and browser type

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data to answer your enquiries, prepare quotes, hold appointments, send the newsletter and ensure the secure operation of the website.

4. Contact form

If you write to us via the form, we use your information only to handle your enquiry. The form is processed by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA) and forwarded to our mailbox by email. Netlify automatically checks submissions for spam.

5. Newsletter

You will only receive the newsletter once you have confirmed your subscription via the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in). We store the time of subscription and confirmation. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every issue. We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) to send it.

6. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA. Netlify delivers the pages through a worldwide server network (CDN), so data may also be processed in the USA. When the website is accessed, technical data is stored in log files to ensure its security and stability.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your choice between light and dark mode is stored only locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us.

8. Disclosure to third parties and abroad

We only pass your data to the service providers named above insofar as this is necessary for the stated purposes. Where they are located outside Switzerland, we ensure adequate data protection, e.g. through standard contractual clauses. This concerns the USA (Netlify) and France (Brevo).

9. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by law.

10. Your rights

You have the right to request information about your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its processing. Please contact us at the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
